I didn’t get my sign-in email

Check your spam or promotions folder, then tap “Send a new code”. Codes expire after an hour.

My reminders don’t arrive

On your iPhone, open Settings → Notifications → Moments of Being and check that notifications are on.

Can I turn off the AI?

Yes. On the Plan tab, untick “Let Claude…”. You’ll get hand-picked plans and can type quotes yourself.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Plan tab → “Delete my account and data”. It removes your account and everything in it, on your phone and on our servers. See the privacy policy for details.
